I wish every high-achieving woman would do the Positive Intelligence program.

It was the tool I never knew I needed. I thought I was “fine.”

Little me, already on the hamster wheel of overachieving and stressing.

On the outside, I looked like a confident “boss babe.”

But on the inside, I was never satisfied with my accomplishments, mercilessly berating myself for how I looked and unable to cut myself a break without an avalanche of guilt and worry consuming me.

Years of chronic stress wrecked my health.

I was diagnosed with PCOS — my hair was falling out, I had painful acne, constant migraines, excruciating period pain and debilitating fatigue.

Even after landing my “dream job,” I felt like a fraud on a treadmill I couldn’t step off.

I was my own slave master — pushing harder, doing more, never enough.

Then in 2021, I joined the Positive Intelligence program — mostly to prove it wrong.

It claimed I could be more productive and happier. I rolled my eyes and laughed.

But since then?


My health did a full 180. No more migraines, no more mid-day crashes. My skin cleared, my energy came roaring back, and I haven’t touched migraine meds in years. Honestly, I feel better now than I did in my 20s.

I stopped obsessing over food and my body. After a lifetime of disordered eating and daily weigh-ins, I no longer starve myself. My weight’s been stable for years — without the drama.

We will have weekly Zoom calls on Fridays 1pm EST (total of 10 calls).

No. In order to keep the conversations intimate, the live group sessions will not be recorded so it will be your responsibility to make sure you attend the weekly group sessions to get the most value out of the program.

Once the program begins, you have 14 days to request a refund if you are unable to continue participating. This is no-questions-asked. You will be refunded the amount you had paid minus processing fees.
